What is your return policy? |
| | Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery for online store credit or exchange only. We only allow credit and exchange with receipt and the item in its original intact packaging. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival time. Please be sure to inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. There are NO RETURNS nor CANCELLATIONS on: PRE-ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED CODE PURCHASES, GLASSWARE, BOOKS, WEARABLES. These items are considered FINAL SALE. What if the item that I ordered is not in stock? |

What are your shipping and handling charges? |
| | We use UPS ground and Canada post for most shipping. Customers are responsible for duty, taxes, and any other government charges.
Local: for customers in City of Vancouver area, we offer you FREE shipping or free delivery depends on the items (limited time only, opening special). : )
Canada: purchases of $150.00 or more (before taxes and after if any discount) are eligible for FREE shipping*. Purchases under $150.00 (before taxes and after if any discount) will be charged a flat shipping of $20.00*.
USA: purchases of $200.00 or more (after if any discount) are eligible for FREE shipping*. Purchases under $200.00 (after if any discount) will be charged flat shipping of $30.00*.
International: We value International customers just as much as everyone else, therefore, a quote of shipping charge will be sent by email to you after we receive your tentative order. You will shop as usual with desired items placed in shopping cart, with detail information of your shipping address (postal code is important) and credit card information. Your order will not be processed at this point. A shipping quote will be sent to you by email and we will then process your order after we receive your email confirmation*.
*Items which are over-size and over-weight require extra shipping charges. Such notice will be listed in the item description area. Free shipping will not be applied in this case except for local Vancouver orders. You may email us the item name(s) and postal/zip code, we will reply with an accurate shipping cost. When will my order be shipped and how soon will it arrive? |

Depends on how far you are from us-- within Canada, you should receive your order between 3-8 business days from the date of shipping. For USA, it will take 11-14 business days from the date of shipping; Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take longer. Items not in stock will take more time to ship and the lead time should be indicated in the item description area. |
Do you have a faster shipping service available? |

Does dear, do gift wrapping? |
| | Yes! We love to do gift wrapping—for free! Please specify that you would like a gift to be wrapped at the time you place your order. There is a box for special instructions provided. We will print your message on a card which will be included with the package. |
Can I purchase a gift certificate? |

What if I have a gift certificate from your previous physical store? |
| | You will not be able to use the old gift certificate online. Please email us with your full name, gift certificate number, amount, and the items you wish to order. We will then enter the order for you. |
What if I have “Yippee” card (customer appreciation discount card) from your previous physical store? |
| | The “Yippee” card was handed out to our loyal customers when we were moving out of the physical store location—just a token to say Thank You. We have extended the expiration date to October 31st, 2008, it is only redeemable once per person. If you have trouble using the code, please send us an email with your full name and info. |
